JJ CHAUFFEURED CARS
The terms that apply when you book chauffeur and passenger transport services with JJ Chauffeured Cars.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings and chauffeur services provided by The Paswal Group Pty Ltd trading as JJ Chauffeured Cars (“JJ Chauffeured Cars”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By requesting or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law). Nothing in these Terms overrides Australian law.
JJ Chauffeured Cars provides and arranges pre-booked chauffeur and passenger transport services. JJ Chauffeured Cars manages and coordinates your booking.

A booking request is not necessarily a confirmed booking until JJ Chauffeured Cars confirms it. We will confirm bookings using the contact details you provide.
You must provide accurate and complete information for your booking. Relevant information may include:
Please notify us promptly of any changes. Changes may affect availability, vehicle suitability or pricing.
Quotes are based on the information you supply. Changes to the journey may affect the price. Additional stops, waiting time, changes in vehicle requirements or other changes may result in additional charges where applicable.
Any applicable additional charge will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
The JJ Chauffeured Cars website does not collect credit-card details, does not provide online card payment, and does not collect billing information for payment. Payment arrangements are confirmed separately as part of the booking.
You are responsible for paying the agreed charges according to the payment arrangement communicated by JJ Chauffeured Cars. If a deposit or other payment arrangement applies, JJ Chauffeured Cars will communicate that requirement.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: any applicable short-notice cancellation or no-show charge will be communicated as part of the booking or payment terms where applicable.
When booking an airport transfer, please provide accurate flight information. JJ Chauffeured Cars may use the flight information you supply to assist with managing pickup timing.
Flight delays, airport conditions, traffic and other circumstances may affect pickup timing. JJ Chauffeured Cars will make reasonable efforts to manage airport pickups using the information available.
Waiting time or other applicable charges will be communicated or included in the booking arrangement where applicable.
JJ Chauffeured Cars makes reasonable efforts to provide the vehicle category and chauffeur appropriate to the confirmed booking. JJ Chauffeured Cars may change the allocated chauffeur or vehicle where reasonably necessary.
Vehicle substitution may occur due to availability, maintenance, operational requirements, safety or circumstances outside reasonable control. Where this happens, JJ Chauffeured Cars will seek to provide a suitable alternative where reasonably practicable.
Vehicle images shown on the website may be illustrative and do not guarantee a specific vehicle unless expressly confirmed.
JJ Chauffeured Cars currently operates its own fleet of CPV-registered vehicles and may also fulfil bookings using independent subcontractor chauffeurs and vehicles.
JJ Chauffeured Cars may fulfil bookings using professional chauffeurs engaged directly by The Paswal Group Pty Ltd or independent subcontractor chauffeurs engaged to provide chauffeur and commercial passenger vehicle services. JJ Chauffeured Cars may allocate an appropriately qualified and authorised chauffeur from its chauffeur network to fulfil your booking.
Where a subcontractor chauffeur is allocated to a booking:
JJ Chauffeured Cars takes reasonable steps to ensure that chauffeurs and vehicles arranged for bookings meet applicable regulatory requirements, including that the relevant chauffeur is appropriately authorised or accredited and that the vehicle is legally permitted to provide the relevant commercial passenger vehicle service.
You must:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted where prohibited by law or vehicle policy. Passengers must not intentionally damage the vehicle, must follow reasonable safety instructions, and must not engage in abusive, threatening or dangerous conduct.
Where legally permitted, the customer may be responsible for reasonable costs arising from intentional or negligent damage caused by the customer or a passenger.
Please advise JJ Chauffeured Cars of any required child or baby seats when booking. Availability depends on advance notice, vehicle suitability and availability.
Customers must provide accurate information about the child or passenger and the required restraint. Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring that children are appropriately restrained as required by applicable law. All arrangements remain subject to applicable Victorian and Australian safety requirements.
Please provide accurate luggage information when booking. Vehicle luggage capacity varies. Customers are responsible for ensuring their luggage can be accommodated and should check the vehicle before leaving.
JJ Chauffeured Cars will make reasonable efforts to assist if property is found. Except to the extent required by law, JJ Chauffeured Cars is not responsible for personal property left behind.
Service may be affected by circumstances including traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, severe weather, airport disruption, vehicle breakdown, unexpected vehicle issues, unexpected driver availability issues, emergencies, government restrictions, road or infrastructure disruptions, and other circumstances outside JJ Chauffeured Cars’ reasonable control.
JJ Chauffeured Cars will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and, where reasonably practicable, arrange an alternative chauffeur or vehicle. JJ Chauffeured Cars does not guarantee arrival times where circumstances are outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
JJ Chauffeured Cars makes reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed service. If a service issue occurs, JJ Chauffeured Cars may, depending on the circumstances:
Any discretionary remedy offered for a particular service issue is considered according to the circumstances of that booking and does not automatically create an entitlement to the same remedy for future bookings, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJ Chauffeured Cars’ liability arising out of or in connection with a booking or these Terms is limited as set out in this section. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, JJ Chauffeured Cars is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside JJ Chauffeured Cars’ reasonable control, including the types of events described in section 14.
To the extent permitted by law, JJ Chauffeured Cars is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information, customer misconduct, unreasonable delay caused by the customer, or loss of or damage to customer property (except where such loss or damage arises from JJ Chauffeured Cars’ failure to meet a non-excludable legal obligation).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJ Chauffeured Cars is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where goods or services are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, and where it is fair and reasonable to do so, JJ Chauffeured Cars’ liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee that can lawfully be limited is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
If you experience an issue with a booking, please contact JJ Chauffeured Cars promptly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve it.

JJ Chauffeured Cars may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the business, services or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, subject to applicable Australian law and non-excludable rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.
